How It Works

  • Create a shipment delivery by entering the shipping address, package details, and any notes you may have for the delivery driver.

  • Place your parcel in the appropriate packaging and select the packaging weight and shipping category.

  • Review your information, choose your pricing tier, and print your Waybill. Once our couriers pick up your package, you can track its progress via desktop or with our mobile app.

    • Wait for a courier to come and pick up your order.
    • Sit back and track your delivery kilometer by kilometer through live tracking after it’s been accepted by the next available Cantec Courier driver.

Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery charges are based on the distance between Point A (your pick-up location) to Point B (your delivery location) and the package’s weight.

We accept all major cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa debit cards, Ali pay, Apple pay, Google pay and Interact. All transactions are cashless and paperless. For both security and administrative reasons, we do not accept any form of cash payments (only cash tips for drivers are allowed).
You cannot edit any order in progress. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
Cantec drivers will be taking pictures of the item/parcel at the pickup and drop off locations. Cantec drivers will vigilantly deliver your parcel in the same condition the courier received it in. Please refrain from sending any fragile items.
We recommend our customers to print the waybill and paste it on their package(s). However, if you do not have an available printer or want to go paperless, you can write down the order number on the package where it will be visible to our couriers.

Any orders made before 6 PM are guaranteed to be delivered before 10 PM. If the order is urgent, please reach out to the courier directly.

Please note that we are currently working on launching the 4-hour and ASAP Delivery for our customers.

The person creating the order will not be notified upon pickup. However, when the courier picks up the order, the person receiving the package will get a text that the order has been picked up and on its way!
When a driver delivers your item, the status of the delivery will change to “Completed.”
Late deliveries sometimes occur due to a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, such as dense traffic. For any urgent orders, please contact the driver directly on the mobile app.
Our couriers are available for pick-ups in Vancouver. They can deliver anywhere in the Lower Mainland region (West and North Vancouver, Burnaby, New West, Coquitlam, Port Moody, etc.). Click here to get your quote!
The delivery fee will depend on the package size and the delivery destination. To get a quote, please Click here!
If nobody is available to receive the package, our drivers will contact the customer to reschedule the delivery or deliver the parcel to a secure location of their choosing.
The max range from your place to the delivery location is 40 kilometres.

Same-day

The customer will receive their package before 9 pm if the order has been made before the cut-off time at 4 pm* Any orders made after the cut-off time will be processed and delivered on the next day.

4-hour Delivery

The package will be picked up and delivered within 4 hours.

ASAP Delivery

Drivers will be dispatched with your order at the earliest convenience.

Yes, you can always assign more pick-up locations (other than your office) when you are creating a new shipment.
You can save the address by clicking the “Save address to address history” box during the 1st step of creating a shipment. Please note that the address only saves after you have made the order.
There is no limitation on the number of addresses you can save in your account’s address book. Once you pick an address from your saved address book, the corresponding fields will be auto-populated for a seamless and easy ordering experience.
When creating an order, please complete the note to the driver so that they are aware. You can also let the driver know when they pick up or leave a note on the package.
You can place no more than 20 orders if you are using our free trial. If you want to continue using our service, please let us know!
If accurate measurements of the package are unobtainable, please provide an estimated weight and size.

A refund usually takes 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your bank or credit card statement depending on your bank or the credit card company you use.
Yes, Cantec Couriers is designed to make your life easier! You can schedule all your errands for up to one month in advance.
You can cancel your order any time before pickup, without any cancellation charges. To cancel your order, click view under a specific order, and click “Cancel” order under the “Delivery Progress” tab.
